智能 RGV 的动态调度策略研究

随着自动化、智能化的发展并逐步渗入到各个领域,相应的调控策略的算法也成为热点。本文针对智能加工系统中,智能轨道式自动引导车 RGV 在运行中的动态调度问题进行了研究。
针对一道工序的加工,利用模拟退火算法找到 RGV 的工作初始最短路径,并构建实时动态模型;针对两道工序的加工,建立适用于一般问题的差分进化法多目标再调度周期模型。

Research on Dynamic Scheduling Strategy for Intelligent RGV
Project Introduction
As automation and intelligent technologies continue to permeate various fields, scheduling strategy algorithms have become a hot research topic. This paper studies the dynamic scheduling problem of intelligent Rail Guided Vehicles (RGV) in smart manufacturing systems.
For single-process machining, a simulated annealing algorithm is employed to find the initial shortest path for RGV operations and a real-time dynamic model is constructed. For dual-process machining, a differential evolution-based multi-objective rescheduling periodic model applicable to general problems is established.
